D4921517 (4921517) is a genuine Cummins Oil Pressure Sensor (OPS). It monitors engine main oil gallery pressure, converts pressure to linear voltage for ECM, triggers low-pressure alarms and protection logic to prevent wear on bearings, camshaft, and turbocharger. Fits ISB, ISM, ISX, QSB engines, widely used in trucks, buses, construction machinery, and gensets.

Installation & Maintenance
1. Safety: Engine off, cool, depressurized to avoid scalding.
2. Clean: Remove oil, debris, carbon from port; good threads.
3. Inspect: No cracks, corrosion, or damaged O-ring on D4921517.
4. Seal: New O-ring, light oil lubrication to prevent leaks.
