A: Simply provide the equipment part number, brand, model, and production batch (if available), or the specific specifications of the accessory (such as dimensions, interface type, voltage level, etc.). We will then use our technical database to match compatibility.

A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for different accessory categories varies. For standard accessories, the MOQ is as low as 1 piece. If you require a large quantity, please let us know the specific quantity. We will coordinate inventory or adjust production plans to meet your needs.

A: For standard accessories with sufficient inventory, we can ship within 5 business days after payment. For standard accessories that require production, the lead time is within 30 business days.

A: Normally, we can work on a T/T or L/C basis.

For T/T, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the 70% balance is paid before shipment from the factory.

For L/C, a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” is acceptable. Please seek advice from the individual sales manager you work with.

A: Yes. We offer a free temporary storage service for up to three months (starting from the date of payment completion). During this period, we store the parts in a temperature-controlled, moisture-proof warehouse and regularly inspect them to ensure they are in good condition. When you require shipment, please provide your shipping address and time in advance, and we will arrange shipment within the agreed timeframe.

A: For short-term (within three months) additional orders of the same type, the price will remain the same as the original order. If the interval exceeds three months, or if there are significant fluctuations in raw material or logistics costs, the price will be adjusted slightly based on market conditions.

A: Our source factory has a comprehensive quality control system and a dedicated team responsible for testing product quality and specifications. We carefully monitor every production process, right up to packaging, to ensure a flawless product.
