Common Faults & Troubleshooting
1. Low Power, Poor Acceleration, Hard Start
- Cause:Clogged filter, insufficient fuel supply
- Fix:Check fuel pressure (<0.3MPa = clogged); inspect return flow
- Action:Replace C4989106; check primary filter/water separator
2. Rough Idle, Black Smoke, High Fuel Consumption
- Cause:Filter failure, contaminated injectors
- Fix:Inspect injectors; replace filter; test performance
