Both ends of the oil suction pipe (connection between suction pipe and oil pan, suction pipe and oil pump inlet), sleeved on the end of the suction pipe.
Installation & Maintenance
1. Clean: Remove oil, debris and old seal residue from suction pipe end and connection
2. Inspect: New seal intact, no aging, size matching; No burrs on suction pipe end
3. Install: Sleeve smoothly on suction pipe end without distortion; Apply a little clean oil if needed
4. Torque: Tighten bolts crosswise in 2 steps to 15~25N·m, avoid over-compression
5. Leak Test: Idle for 5~10 minutes, check for no leakage and stable pressure
6. Maintenance: Inspect seal during oil change; Replace during overhaul; Clean connection regularly
