C3792214 (3792214) is a genuine Cummins Holset turbocharger, designed specifically for QSB6.7 electronic engines. It uses exhaust gas to drive the turbine, compresses intake air to increase density and combustion efficiency, boosting power by 30–50% while improving fuel economy, reducing emissions, and maintaining performance at high altitudes. Widely used in construction machinery, commercial vehicles, and generator sets.

Installation & Maintenance
1. Prep: Cool engine fully; clean intake/exhaust/oil surfaces—no carbon or debris.
2. Inspect: C3792214 no cracks, impeller damage; shaft end play ≤0.12mm, radial play ≤0.25mm.
3. Seal: Use new gaskets/O‑rings; lube oil ports with clean engine oil.
4. Install: Torque bolts evenly; connect oil lines before exhaust/intake.
5. Pre‑lube: Manually rotate and fill oil inlet to lube bearings before startup.
6. Test: Idle 3–5 mins; check noise, leaks, boost pressure.
7. Maintain: Inspect every 500 hrs; clean air filter every 1000–2000 hrs. Avoid rapid acceleration cold or sudden shutdown hot.
