The 803430636 hose assembly is a core component of the XCMG GR2605 grader’s original factory-designated hydraulic system. It plays a crucial role in the stable delivery of hydraulic oil and the transmission of high-pressure, directly impacting the accuracy and response speed of key actuators such as the blade swing cylinder, right articulated steering cylinder, braking hydraulic system, and hydraulic valve group. In harsh operating environments characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibration, and dust and mud erosion, such as highway construction, mining stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand instantaneous impact pressures up to 70MPa, minimizing the likelihood of bursting, oil leaks, or bulging. This effectively reduces the probability of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance, ensuring continuous equipment operation efficiency.

The hose adopts a four-layer reinforced composite structure design. The inner tube is made of imported oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It is compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and low-temperature hydraulic oil L-HV 46. The middle layer is a double-layer high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer with a breaking strength of ≥2100MPa, strong pressure bearing capacity, and good deformation resistance, ensuring structural stability under high-pressure conditions. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant polyurethane (PU) material with a Shore hardness of 72HA. It is resistant to ultraviolet aging and sand and gravel abrasion. After 7000 hours of outdoor aging test, there was no cracking or fading, significantly extending the service life. The connector is made of 45# steel precision forging and then subjected to phosphate and electrophoresis double anti-corrosion treatment. The corrosion resistance level reaches the GB/T 10125 900-hour salt spray test standard. With the original factory customized O-ring (made of fluororubber FKM), the sealing performance reaches the IP67 protection level. It is perfectly compatible with the original vehicle interface specifications and can directly replace the aging and damaged original vehicle hoses.

Maintenance Recommendations

For stubborn stains, use a neutral detergent to wipe them away, avoiding long-term adhesion of corrosive substances. After cleaning, dry the surface to prevent rust at the joints. Replacement Cycle: It is recommended to replace the hose every 3000 hours or 2 years under normal operating conditions, and every 1500 hours or 10 months under harsh operating conditions (dusty, high-frequency vibration, low-temperature environments). If the hose shows obvious wear or bulging, replace it immediately. Storage Requirements: Uninstalled hoses should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and dark environment, avoiding heavy pressure and twisting. The storage temperature should be controlled between -15℃ and 35℃, away from oil, chemicals, and high-temperature heat sources. When storing, coil the hose into a ring with a diameter ≥ 50cm to avoid folding. Precautions: Do not use the hose to drag equipment or carry heavy objects. Avoid direct contact between the hose and sharp parts. Install wear-resistant protective sleeves on parts of the hose with small bending radii. When replacing the hose, ensure that the hydraulic system is completely depressurized (observe that the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero) to avoid injury from high-pressure oil spray. After installation, a pressure test must be performed, and the hose can only be put into use after there is no leakage.
