Part Model: 803430635
Product Name: Hose Assembly
Applicable Model: XCMG GR2605 Motor Grader
Application: Hydraulic system oil circuit transportation, high-pressure transmission
Features: High-pressure impact resistance, leak-proof sealing, wear-resistant and weather-resistant, original factory precise fit, easy installation
The 803430635 hose assembly is a core component of the original factory-customized hydraulic piping system for the XCMG GR2605 grader. It is responsible for the stable delivery of hydraulic oil and the transmission of high-pressure, directly ensuring the precise movement and rapid response of the steering system and working devices (various cylinders and hydraulic valve groups). In harsh working environments such as highway construction, mine stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibration, and erosion from dust and mud, it can stably withstand high-pressure impacts, is less prone to bursting or oil leakage, effectively reducing the probability of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance and ensuring continuous equipment operation efficiency.
The hose adopts a multi-layer reinforced composite structure design. The inner tube is made of high-quality oil-resistant synthetic rubber, with excellent resistance to oil swelling and chemical corrosion. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength steel wire braided reinforcement layer, with strong pressure resistance and good deformation resistance, ensuring structural stability under high-pressure conditions. The outer rubber layer uses wear-resistant and weather-resistant special materials, resisting UV aging and sand and gravel abrasion, significantly extending its service life for outdoor operations. The connector adopts XCMG’s original standard precision crimping process, ensuring high connection strength and eliminating the risk of loosening. Its sealing performance reaches IP67 protection level, perfectly adapting to the original vehicle interface specifications and directly replacing aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.
Preparation: First, stop the machine and turn off the main power supply to the hydraulic system. Slowly open the pressure relief valve to release residual pressure in the pipeline (observe the pressure gauge pointer to return to zero before closing the pressure relief valve); prepare an appropriate torque wrench, spare sealing rings (original parts are pre-installed), a lint-free cleaning cloth, food-grade hydraulic oil (for interface lubrication), and rust inhibitor.
Removing the Old Hope: Thoroughly wipe both ends of the old hose and the equipment connection points with a cleaning cloth to remove surface dust, oil, and debris; slowly loosen the connector nut counterclockwise with a torque wrench, and smoothly remove the old hose (do not pull or yank it to prevent damage to the interface threads or sealing surface); carefully inspect the connector seat and valve assembly interface face for rust, scratches, or dents. Minor rust can be lightly sanded with fine sandpaper, followed by applying a small amount of rust inhibitor. Cleaning the connections: Use a lint-free cleaning cloth dampened with a small amount of hydraulic oil to thoroughly wipe the hydraulic system connectors, valve assembly interfaces, and cylinder connection ports, ensuring no iron filings, dust, or oil residue remains. This prevents impurities from entering the hydraulic system and causing component wear. Installing the new hose: Take out the new 803430635 hose and confirm that the hose routing is completely consistent with the original vehicle’s piping layout (ensuring no twisting, no hard bends, and no excessive stretching). Align the two ends and insert it smoothly. Use a torque wrench to slowly tighten the connector nut clockwise, strictly controlling the tightening torque to 28-32 N·m (too little torque may cause leakage, too much may damage the threads or seals), ensuring a tight fit between the connector and the sealing surface. Inspection and Debugging: After installation, visually inspect the hose layout for rationality, ensuring there is no interference with other components, no stretching or tightness, and no hard kinks. Turn on the hydraulic system power and slowly increase the pressure to 50% of the working pressure, holding the pressure for 8 minutes. Wipe the joints with a clean cloth to check for leaks. After confirming no leaks, increase the pressure to the rated working pressure and start the equipment to complete a full cycle of steering, cylinder extension, and other movements, confirming that the hose exhibits no abnormal vibration, noise, or displacement. Fixing and Protection: Secure the hose to the designated position on the original vehicle bracket using the original factory-fitted clamps. The clamp spacing should be controlled at 30-50cm to prevent friction between the hose and the machine body due to vibration during operation. For areas where the hose contacts sharp parts, additional wear-resistant protective sleeves can be applied to further extend its service life.
