It has passed the ISO 18752 dynamic pressure standard 550,000 pulse cycle test without leakage, effectively resisting high-frequency pressure impacts and pulse loads in the hydraulic system, eliminating the risk of pipe bulging and bursting. The inner rubber layer is made of oil-resistant and anti-aging special synthetic rubber. After immersion at 70℃ for 72 hours, the swelling rate is ≤1.8%, allowing for long-term resistance to corrosion from various media such as petroleum-based hydraulic oil, mineral oil-based hydraulic media, and water-glycol. The outer rubber layer uses a flame-retardant and anti-static formula with a surface resistance ≤3×10^8Ω, meeting mining explosion-proof safety requirements. It also incorporates a wear-resistant coating and UV-resistant components, ensuring a service life of over 9 years in harsh outdoor environments. It is suitable for alternating high and low temperatures (-40℃~115℃) and complex terrain friction scenarios.
