The 803409442 hose assembly is a core component of the XCMG GR2605 grader’s original factory-designated hydraulic system. It plays a crucial role in the stable delivery and pressure transmission of high-pressure hydraulic oil, directly impacting the accuracy and response speed of key actuators such as the blade swing control circuit, the articulated steering main hydraulic circuit, and the hydraulic valve group output lines. In harsh operating environments characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibration, and dust and mud erosion, such as highway construction, mine stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand instantaneous impact pressures up to 65MPa, resisting ruptures, oil leaks, and aging cracks. This effectively reduces the frequency of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance, ensuring continuous equipment operation efficiency.

The hose features a three-layer reinforced composite structure with an optimized design. The inner tube is made of imported oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.2% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It is compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and high-temperature hydraulic oil L-HS 46. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer, using a high-density braiding process. Its breaking strength is ≥2000MPa, providing more stable pressure resistance and better deformation resistance, meeting the requirements of high-pressure core circuits. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant special synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 70HA. It has excellent flexibility, resistance to UV aging, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. After 6500 hours of outdoor aging testing, it showed no cracking or fading, significantly extending its service life. The connector is precision forged from 40# steel and then treated with phosphate and galvanizing for double corrosion protection. Its corrosion resistance meets the GB/T 10125 750-hour salt spray test standard. Combined with a custom-made O-ring (made of fluororubber FKM), its sealing performance reaches IP66 protection level, perfectly matching the original vehicle interface specifications and directly replacing aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.
