It is compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and high-temperature hydraulic oil L-HS 46. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer, using a dense braiding process. Its breaking strength is ≥1900MPa, providing more stable pressure resistance and better deformation resistance, suitable for medium and high-pressure core circuit requirements. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant special synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 68HA. It has excellent flexibility, resistance to UV aging, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. After 6000 hours of outdoor aging testing, it showed no cracking or fading, significantly extending its service life. The connector is made of 40# steel precision forging and then subjected to phosphate and galvanizing double anti-corrosion treatment. The corrosion resistance level reaches the GB/T 10125 700-hour salt spray test standard. With the original factory customized O-ring (made of fluororubber FKM), the sealing performance reaches the IP66 protection level, perfectly adapting to the original vehicle interface specifications and can directly replace the aging and damaged original vehicle hoses.

The storage temperature should be controlled between -15℃ and 35℃, away from oil, chemicals, and high-temperature heat sources. When storing, it should be suspended on a dedicated rack or laid flat; folding and squeezing are prohibited. Precautions: Drilling, cutting, stretching, or other modification operations on the hose are prohibited. During installation, ensure the hose bending radius is ≥120mm to avoid prolonged stretching or twisting. Before replacing the hose, turn off the hydraulic system power, release residual pressure in the pipeline, and wait for the pipeline to cool down before operation to prevent injury from high-pressure, high-temperature hydraulic oil.
