The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 68HA, excellent flexibility, UV aging resistance, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. It showed no cracking or fading after 6000 hours of outdoor aging testing. The connector is precision forged from 35# steel and treated with phosphate and galvanizing for double anti-corrosion. Combined with original factory-customized fluororubber FKM sealing rings, the sealing performance reaches IP65 protection level, perfectly adapting to the original vehicle interface specifications and directly replacing aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.
