The 803385806 hose assembly is a core component of the XCMG GR2605 grader’s original factory-designated hydraulic system. It is compatible with the machine’s auxiliary hydraulic system, undertaking the crucial task of stable delivery and pressure transmission of medium- and high-pressure hydraulic oil. It directly impacts the accuracy and responsiveness of key actuators such as the scraper angle adjustment auxiliary circuit, the left articulated steering control circuit, and the hydraulic valve group auxiliary pipeline. In harsh operating environments characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibration, and dust and mud erosion, such as highway maintenance, mine stripping, airport runway repair, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand instantaneous impact pressures up to 60MPa, and is less prone to bursting, oil leakage, aging cracking, and other malfunctions. This effectively reduces the frequency of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance and ensures continuous equipment operation efficiency.

The hose features a three-layer reinforced composite structure with optimized design. The inner tube is made of high-quality oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.3% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer, using a dense braiding process, with a breaking strength ≥1950MPa, stable pressure resistance, and excellent deformation resistance. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 67HA, excellent flexibility, UV aging resistance, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. It showed no cracking or fading after 5800 hours of outdoor aging testing. The connector is precision forged from 35# steel and treated with phosphate and galvanizing for double anti-corrosion. It is equipped with original factory-customized fluororubber FKM sealing rings, achieving an IP65 protection rating, perfectly matching the original vehicle interface specifications, and can directly replace aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.
