The hose features a three-layer reinforced composite structure with optimized design. The inner tube is made of high-quality oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.2% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It is compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and high-temperature hydraulic oil. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer, using a dense braiding process, with a breaking strength ≥2050MPa, stable pressure bearing capacity, and excellent deformation resistance. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant special synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 70HA, excellent flexibility, UV aging resistance, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. It showed no cracking or fading after 6300 hours of outdoor aging testing. The connector is precision forged from 40# steel and then treated with phosphate and galvanizing for double anti-corrosion. It is equipped with original factory-customized fluororubber (FKM) sealing rings, achieving an IP66 protection level for sealing performance. It perfectly matches the original vehicle interface specifications and can directly replace aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.
