The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant polyurethane (PU) material with a Shore hardness of 70HA. It is resistant to UV aging and sand and gravel abrasion, and showed no cracking or fading after 6000 hours of outdoor aging testing, significantly extending its service life. The connector is made of 45# steel precision forging and then subjected to phosphate and electrophoresis double anti-corrosion treatment. The corrosion resistance level reaches the GB/T 10125 800-hour salt spray test standard.
