The 803180794 hose assembly is a core component of the XCMG GR2605 grader’s original factory-designated hydraulic system. It plays a crucial role in the stable delivery and pressure transmission of high-pressure hydraulic oil, directly impacting the accuracy and response speed of key actuators such as the blade swing control circuit, the left articulated steering main hydraulic circuit, and the hydraulic valve group output lines. In harsh operating environments characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibrations, and dust and mud erosion, such as highway construction, mine stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand instantaneous impact pressures up to 64MPa, minimizing the risk of bursting, oil leakage, aging, and cracking. This effectively reduces the frequency of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance, ensuring continuous equipment operation efficiency.

The hose adopts a three-layer reinforced composite structure upgrade design. The inner tube is made of imported oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.1% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It is compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil and high-temperature hydraulic oil L-HS 46. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer, using an ultra-high density braiding process. The breaking strength is ≥2050MPa, providing more stable pressure resistance and better deformation resistance, suitable for high-pressure core circuit requirements. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant special synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 71HA. It has excellent flexibility, resistance to ultraviolet aging, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. After 6500 hours of outdoor aging test, there was no cracking or fading, significantly extending its service life. The connector is made of 40# steel precision forging and then subjected to phosphate and galvanizing double anti-corrosion treatment. Its corrosion resistance level meets the GB/T 10125 750-hour salt spray test standard. With the original factory customized O-ring (made of fluororubber FKM), the sealing performance reaches the IP66 protection level. It is perfectly compatible with the original vehicle interface specifications and can directly replace the aging and damaged original vehicle hoses.
