The hose adopts a three-layer reinforced composite structure design. The inner tube is made of high-quality oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.8% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. The middle layer is a single-layer high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer with a breaking strength of ≥1800MPa, stable pressure bearing capacity, and good deformation resistance, suitable for medium and high pressure working conditions. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 65HA, good flexibility, resistance to ultraviolet aging, and resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. It has undergone 5000 hours of outdoor aging test without cracking or fading, and has a long service life. The connector is precision forged from 35# steel and then treated with galvanizing and passivation for double corrosion protection. Its corrosion resistance meets the GB/T 10125 600-hour salt spray test standard. Combined with a custom-made O-ring (made of nitrile rubber NBR), its sealing performance reaches IP65 protection level, perfectly matching the original vehicle interface specifications and directly replacing aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.

Maintenance Recommendations

The storage temperature should be controlled between -10℃ and 30℃. Keep away from oil, chemicals, and high-temperature heat sources. When storing, hang or lay flat to avoid folding and compression. Precautions: Do not drill holes, cut, or make other modifications to the hose; avoid prolonged stretching or twisting of the hose, and ensure a bending radius of ≥100mm during installation; when replacing the hose, turn off the power to the hydraulic system and wait for the pipeline to cool completely before proceeding to prevent burns from high-temperature hydraulic oil.
