The 803111976 hose assembly is a core component of the XCMG GR2605 grader’s original factory-designated hydraulic system. It is responsible for the stable delivery and pressure transmission of medium- and high-pressure hydraulic oil, directly impacting the accuracy and responsiveness of key actuators such as the shovel angle control circuit, articulated steering assist circuit, and hydraulic valve group control lines. In harsh operating environments characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibration, and dust and mud erosion, such as highway maintenance, mine stripping, airport runway repair, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand instantaneous impact pressures up to 58MPa, resisting ruptures, oil leaks, aging cracks, and other malfunctions. This effectively reduces the frequency of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance, ensuring continuous equipment operation efficiency.

The hose adopts a three-layer reinforced composite structure design. The inner tube is made of high-quality oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.5% and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, compatible with XCMG original L-HM 46/68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. The middle layer is a high-tensile-strength galvanized steel wire braided reinforcement layer, using a dense braiding process, with a breaking strength ≥1850MPa, stable pressure bearing capacity, and good deformation resistance, suitable for medium and high pressure circuit requirements. The outer rubber layer is made of wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 67HA, excellent flexibility, UV aging resistance, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. After 5500 hours of outdoor aging test, there was no cracking or fading, extending the service life. The connector is made of 35# steel precision forging and then subjected to double anti-corrosion treatment of galvanizing and passivation. Its corrosion resistance level meets the GB/T 10125 650-hour salt spray test standard. With the original factory customized O-ring (made of fluororubber FKM), the sealing performance reaches the IP65 protection level. It is perfectly compatible with the original vehicle interface specifications and can directly replace the aging and damaged original vehicle hoses.
