The 803105846 hose assembly is a core component of the XCMG GR2605 grader’s original factory-designated hydraulic system. It is compatible with the machine’s high-pressure hydraulic system, undertaking the crucial task of stable hydraulic oil delivery and pressure transmission. It directly impacts the accuracy and response speed of key actuators such as the blade lifting control circuit, the right articulated steering auxiliary circuit, and the hydraulic valve group output lines branch lines. In harsh operating environments characterized by long-term heavy loads, high-frequency vibration, and dust and mud erosion, such as highway construction, mine stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can reliably withstand high-pressure impacts and is less prone to bursting, oil leakage, aging cracking, and other malfunctions. This effectively reduces the frequency of hydraulic system downtime for maintenance, ensuring continuous equipment operation efficiency.

The hose features a three-layer reinforced composite structure with an optimized design. The inner tube is made of high-quality oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), with an oil swelling rate of ≤2.3% and excellent corrosion chemical resistance. It is compatible with wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber material with a Shore hardness of 68HA, excellent flexibility, UV aging resistance, and outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. It showed no cracking or fading after 6000 hours of outdoor aging testing. The connector is precision forged from 35# steel and then treated with phosphate and galvanizing for double anti-corrosion. It is equipped with an original custom fluororubber (FKM) sealing ring, achieving an IP65 protection rating, perfectly matching the original vehicle interface specifications, and can directly replace aged or damaged original vehicle hoses.
