The 803090062 multi-way valve is the original hydraulic main control valve for the XCMG GR2605 grader. It centrally controls the pressure and flow distribution of various actuators, including blade lifting, shoveling angle adjustment, front wheel tilting, articulated steering, and braking, directly determining the smoothness of operation, work accuracy, and response speed of the entire machine. In harsh working conditions such as long-term heavy-load, continuous operation, and high dust and mud environments, such as highway construction, mine stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand high pressure and frequent reversing impacts, and is less prone to internal leakage, jamming, and slow operation, effectively improving equipment efficiency and operator comfort.

The multi-way valve uses an integral high-strength cast iron valve body with a reasonable flow channel design and low pressure loss. The valve core is precision ground and hardened, resulting in good wear resistance, flexible reversing, and high control accuracy. The internal high-pressure dedicated sealing structure ensures reliable sealing, anti-aging, and impact resistance, maintaining stable performance under long-term high-pressure conditions. The valve assembly features pressure compensation and overload protection, and is perfectly compatible with the original vehicle’s hydraulic pump, cylinder, and rotary joint. It can directly replace aging or faulty original multi-way valves without requiring modification or adjustment.
