70020 is a single-row angular contact ball bearing, a core supporting component for construction machinery, precision transmission and high-speed rotating equipment. It can withstand both radial and unidirectional axial loads, featuring high speed, high precision, good rigidity, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. It is usually installed in pairs to offset axial component force and improve stability. Made of high-purity GCr15 bearing steel with precision heat treatment and superfinishing, it adapts to heavy-duty, high-speed and high-precision positioning conditions.

Application Scenarios
Suitable for transmission main shafts, differentials, hydraulic pumps/motors and traveling mechanisms of construction machinery such as loaders, graders, rollers and forklifts; also used in precision machine tool spindles, high-speed motors, gearboxes, vacuum pumps and photovoltaic equipment. Installed between shaft and housing, paired to bear bidirectional axial force, ensuring rotation accuracy and transmission stability.
Common Faults & Troubleshooting
- Abnormal heating and speed reduction: Caused by insufficient lubrication, grease deterioration or excessive preload. Replenish/replace special grease and adjust preload.
- Abnormal noise and vibration: Resulted from raceway spalling, ball wear or foreign matter intrusion. Replace 70020 bearing and clean mounting position.
- Axial movement and reduced precision: Caused by bearing wear, excessive clearance or installation eccentricity. Replace new bearing and correct coaxiality.
- Rust and seizure: Due to seal failure, moisture/foreign matter entry. Replace bearing and upgrade sealing structure (e.g., double-lip seal).
