Mounting Location
Installed in engine cylinder liner, assembled with connecting rod, pin, and rings. Crown forms combustion chamber; skirt guides; grooves seal gas and oil.
Installation & Maintenance
1. Clearance: Bore 107.00–107.03mm; skirt 106.95–106.98mm; gap 0.02–0.05mm
2. Rings: End gap 0.25–0.45mm; stagger gaps 120°; install oil ring spacer first
3. Pin: Fit clearance 0.005–0.015mm; press fit or cryogenic assembly
4. Lube: Coat skirt, grooves, pin with clean engine oil
5. Orientation: Bowl/arrow points to front (opposite flywheel)
6. Break-in: Idle–medium run 30min; no full load
