Worn mounting holes or stripped threads result from repeated assembly, excessive torque or vibration, causing loose connections and poor positioning. Repair threads for minor damage; replace the housing for serious issues, and tighten bolts to standard torque during installation.

Worn or deformed oil seal seat leads to poor sealing and oil leakage. Check the seat dimension and surface; replace the housing if worn out of tolerance, and install a new oil seal properly.

Damaged sensor mounting holes or incorrect gap affect speed signal, causing hard starting or abnormal tachometer. Clean holes, adjust position, and replace the housing if holes are damaged.

Poor sealing of inspection cover allows dust and impurities in, accelerating wear of flywheel and ring gear. Check the gasket, tighten bolts, and replace the cover and gasket if damaged.
