Model: 381100404
Compatible Model: XCMG GR2605 Grader
Type: Control box assembly wiring harness (including plugs and terminals)
Operating Voltage: DC 24V (Engineering Machinery Standard)
381100404 is the wiring harness for the XCMG GR2605 grader control box assembly. It connects the control box to the vehicle’s electrical system, handling signal transmission and power supply for handles, switches, sensors, etc. It is original factory specification, plug-and-play, requiring no rewiring, and compatible with electronic control logic.
It collects all electrical signals from the control box, including the start lock, manual/automatic switch, clutch lock-up switch, handles/buttons, etc., and transmits them synchronously to the vehicle controller and actuators. It also provides DC 24V power to ensure the normal operation of the control system.
Using original factory plugs and terminals, it precisely connects to the control box and body wiring harness, requiring no rewiring or wire cutting. Direct plug-and-play connection reduces installation and maintenance time.
The wiring harness sheath is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, and anti-aging. The plug has a sealed structure, suitable for dusty, vibrating, and oily environments on construction sites, reducing faults such as poor contact and open circuits.
Designed according to original factory electrical specifications, fully compatible with the GR2605 electronic control system, supporting interlocking logic and fault alarms to prevent abnormal starting and mode malfunctions caused by wiring problems.
Model: 381100404
Compatible Model: XCMG GR2605 Grader
Type: Control box assembly wiring harness (including plugs and terminals)
Operating Voltage: DC 24V (Engineering Machinery Standard)
Interface: Original factory connector (compatible with control box and vehicle body wiring harness)
Features: Original factory specifications, plug-and-play, vibration-resistant and dustproof, stable signal transmission
Fault Symptoms: Control box buttons/switches unresponsive, abnormal starting, mode switching failure, alarm light illuminated.
Check for loose, oxidized, or water-damaged plugs; check for damaged, open/short-circuited wiring harnesses.
Test wiring harness continuity and insulation resistance to confirm normal signal transmission.
If the wiring harness is aged, damaged, or the plug is damaged, simply replace it to restore functionality. Replacement and Maintenance Points
Replacement: Plug in the original factory settings; no rewiring required. After replacement, test all buttons, switches, and mode switching functions.
Maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of the plug and the secureness of the wiring harness to prevent loosening due to vibration. Clean the oxide layer on the plug to extend its service life.
