Replacement and Maintenance Points

Stop the machine and disconnect the power. Open the external air inlet cover in the original factory position, remove the old filter, and clean the dust inside the housing.

When installing the new filter, ensure the clips are firmly engaged and the sealing surface is in contact. Do not omit or install it backwards.

Under normal operating conditions, it is recommended to check and clean the filter every 200 hours/month. For dusty construction sites, this period should be shortened to 100 hours/half a month. If the filter is damaged or the filter layer hardens, replace it with an original part immediately.

Cleaning is only applicable to reusable filters; use low-pressure compressed air to blow from the inside out. Disposable paper filters must not be washed with water; replace them directly.
