The 380603206 suction transition flange is an original equipment hydraulic connection component for the XCMG GR2605 grader. Its core function is to achieve a sealed transition connection between the hydraulic oil tank and the hydraulic pump suction port, optimizing the suction flow path, reducing negative pressure loss, and directly affecting the hydraulic pump’s suction efficiency, operating noise, and service life. Under harsh working conditions such as long-term heavy loads, frequent start-stop operations, and multiple vibrations and impacts, such as highway construction, mine stripping, airport runway construction, and large-scale earthwork projects, it can stably withstand system negative pressure and vibration loads, and is not prone to leakage, deformation, loose connections, or other failures. The flange sealing surface is precision ground to a surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. Combined with original factory-issue nitrile rubber (NBR) gaskets, it provides excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing air and impurities from entering. The flange interface dimensions strictly adhere to the original factory installation standards, with precise hole bolt positioning, perfectly matching the original vehicle’s hydraulic oil tank outlet and hydraulic pump suction port. Installation is convenient, requiring no additional machining or adaptation, and it can directly replace aged or damaged original vehicle oil suction transition flanges.
