Common Faults & Troubleshooting

• Overheating cracking: Caused by continuous high-temperature braking and poor heat dissipation. Replace hub immediately, check brake clearance and return mechanism.
• Abnormal noise/vibration: Hub out-of-round, balance failure or surface pitting. Replace new hub, clean bearing housing and correct axle runout.
