The galvanized layer is over 12μm thick, effectively resisting mud and water immersion and dust corrosion during mining and construction, preventing corrosion from affecting the sealing performance. Simultaneously, the integrated copper sealing gasket possesses excellent elastic deformation capabilities, tightly filling the sealing gap after installation, further enhancing the sealing effect. Compared to ordinary rubber seals, its high-pressure resistance and anti-aging performance are more than three times better, making it suitable for a wide temperature range from -30℃ to 150℃, adapting to the complex operating environment of excavators.
