Surface treatment: The main frame surface is protected with three layers of coating: shot blasting, epoxy zinc-rich primer, and wear-resistant topcoat. The coating thickness is ≥120μm, the adhesion reaches GB/T 9286 Grade 1, and the salt spray resistance is ≥1000 hours. The flange machined surfaces are protected with precision grinding and anti-rust oil. The weld seams are additionally reinforced with a coating.
